13161 - William Abram Duren, son of George Frank Duren, was born November 15, 1851, died September 14, 1912.  He was married October 11, 1877 in Pickens County, Alabama to Sarah Frances "Fannie" Peebles, born in 1858, died in 1936, daughter of John, born May 13, 1822, died January 14, 1871, and Harriette Peebles.  William and Fannie are buried at Mitchell Cemetery, Pickens County, Alabama.  William and Fannie had ten children:  Robert Virgil, Sr., John Wesley, William Franklin, Amer Preston, Isam Carl, James Revis, Henrietta Elizabeth, Ernest Dean, Arthur Kirk, and Roma Doil.
